For the past 4 years SKYY Vodka’s Crystal Ball, Tulsa, Oklahoma’s premiere New Year’s Eve masquerade party at IDL Ballroom has become a favorite of Concepts Weddings & Events.  With the collaboration of the wonderful team at IDL Ballroom, we’ve been able to expand this party to two other venues making it Downtown Tulsa’s party of the year.
